Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept them after this window. The item has to be in its original container and contain at least more than half the original amount. If you have given the product to someone as a gift, this is not returnable.

For eligible returns, please contact us at help@kowahproducts.com with the subject RETURN. Please provide your name, order number, a description of the problem and reason for your return request. We will review it and issue an authorization.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your product(s) is/are returned to us. Please make sure that your name, address and order number are included in the package to prevent delays.

Once your return arrives and is processed, a credit will be made in the original form of payment. This may take a few days. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. Unfortunately, we cannot refund charges for your choice of shipping since we do offer the free shipping alternatives on all USA orders. In addition, we can not refund your shipping charges or customs on all international orders.

We want you to be happy and would love to have you as customer. However,please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return from anyone whom we believe is taking undue advantage of our return policy.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at help@kowahproducts.com with the subject DAMAGED. Please include your full name, your order number, a brief description and a photo of the broken or damaged product. We will do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have given the product to someone as a gift, this is not returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund charges for your choice of shipping since we do offer the free shipping alternatives on all USA orders. In addition, we can not refund your shipping charges or customs on all international orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
